toast upgrades / waste of time

i have this theory: if the total amount of time that is spent reading this blog is greater than the amount of time i spend writing it, then it hasn't been a total waste of time. for each entry i spend perhaps an hour, on and off. my average visits per day is currently 38, and each visit lasts approximately 2 minutes*. that means that i am pushing the boundary of this being worthwhile; i am by no means in the clear. either i need to get more interesting/entertaining, or i need to tell more people about it.

anyway; late last night i wasn't making sense, and i came up with the next step in laptop technology. i present....

the toast drive!

yes, for the business man on the move, and for the netheads at their desks unwilling to move, what could be better than the new nmrboy enterprises toast drive! available as both internal and external drive for all major systems, the toast drive ensures you are never far from a hot snack.

operation is simple: insert some raw toast ("bread") into the toast drive:

the bread is automatically scanned by the software provided, and you are presented with a list of tasty options:

one-click selection allows simple straighforward selection of butters and most major preserves. click 'go' and the heat is downloaded to the bread together with your formatting options. the result? perfect toast every time!

never be without this ultra-modern addition to your virtual office; wherever you go, and whatever the situation, you'll always be glad you invested in the nmrboy toast drive! available from nmrboy enterprises** at a special introductory price of £100, $200 USD, or $250 AUD.

get yours today!

**the nmrboy toast drive is not real and i will not be selling any; i will, however, gladly accept your money.

OK, the toastmaster+ just sealed the deal! I'm an official fan of this blog! You're hysterical! Of course you know, this means war. I certainly can't have a blogger rival being funnier than me! I'm gonna have to step it up! By the way, try going to link2blogs.com to generate more traffic for your site. I'm averaging not quite double the traffic you are getting now. Link2blogs gives members an HTML link with 6 other blog addresses to promote on their site. Once you register, your address is also added to their database which they then randomly insert into the links they generate for other members. A new link is generated every time your web page is loaded. SO theoretically, your blog could be linked on dozens or even hundreds of other sites/blogs. Might be worth a try!
